Hi there! I’m a CPA by day and Certified Wellness Coach at all other times. I'm passionate about helping busy women bring movement back into their lives — no gym memberships or hours of free time required. After years of balancing deadlines and long workdays, I realized that wellness doesn’t have to mean overhauling your life — it’s about finding small, doable ways to move more, feel better, and create energy for the things that matter most. Now, I teach women how to fit movement into their life in realistic, joyful ways that actually last.
